| Vendor Criteria/Site Showround/Briefing (if applicable): | Site Show **Optional** Date: 29 September 2026 Time: 10:30 am Place: Security Guard House (Zoo) A site show will be conducted to provide Tenderers with an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the site and operational requirements of the Services. Tenderers are expected to make their own assessment of all conditions that may affect their Tender submission. Where a Tenderer does not attend the site show, the Tenderer shall be responsible for satisfying itself as to all site conditions, constraints, requirements, and associated risks and shall be deemed to have accepted such conditions for the purpose of its Tender submission. MWG reserves the right to evaluate all Tender submissions in accordance with the Tender requirements and to consider the adequacy of the Tenderer's demonstrated understanding of the site and operational requirements as part of the evaluation process .
