Answers for General Queries:

1. What is the User ID and password that I should use to log in to the e-Procurement Portal?

Please use your NUSNET User ID and password to login to the e-Procurement Portal.

If your NUSNET User ID has been logged into another 2FA-enabled NUS application successfully in the current web/window session, you will be directed to SESAMi landing page.

If your NUSNET User ID has not been logged into a 2FA-enabled NUS application yet, you will be directed to the NUS 2FA login page.

2. I am a new user. How can I request for an ID and Password?

All NUS staffs should be issued with a NUSNET User ID and password upon joining the organization. Please approach NUS IT Care if you do not have a NUSNET ID given.

For the request of specific access/authorization in the e-Procurement Portal, please approach your procurement counterpart in CPO and/or UCI.
